圓錐破碎機出現故障的原因是什么
1故障：油流指示器內沒有油流，油泵運轉，但油壓低于49.63KPa（0.5kgf/平方厘米）。
原因;(1)油溫低 （2）油路開關沒有關好 （3）油泵不好使
消除方法;(1)將油加熱 （2）檢查油路開關 （3）檢修或更換油泵
2故障;過濾器前后壓差太大。
原因;過濾器堵塞。

消除方法;（1）、（2）原因，應停機緊固螺栓或更換墊片消除之。（3）停機檢查，清洗油路和油槽，并調節油量消除之，處理后應該補加油料。
