降低破碎機噪聲可采取下述措施:(1)在出料口裝置消聲通道,防止內部噪聲向外輻射;(2)在破碎機和支承結構之間安裝具有高度內摩擦的材料作為襯墊,以減少振動的傳遞;(3)在所有破壞物料撞擊處加裝耐磨的橡膠作為襯板;(4)對破碎機旋轉零件仔細進行平衡,減小圓錐軸套和偏心軸間隙,以降低振動強度;(5)給料板和進料漏斗的傳動表面與機架外殼覆蓋阻尼材料,減少噪聲的輻射面積;(6)破碎機安裝在防振基座上。采取上述措施后,破碎機整機噪聲可降低約15~25dB(A)。
建立隔聲間。為操作工人建立隔聲操作間,或將破碎機所在局部車間改造為簡易隔聲間。前者適用于破碎機廠房與其他廠房相距甚遠,對周圍其他人群影響不大和較難于使用降低破碎機本身噪聲措施的情況。
